How long does my order take to ship?

Processing times vary depending on the item:

  • Ready-to-ship items: ship within 3–5 business days

  • Made-to-order or custom pieces: production timelines are listed on each product page

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with delivery details.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our work, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Made-to-order furniture or art

  • Floral preservation pieces

What if my order arrived damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
